Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the Oréva website, operated by LaoGroup, located at 19 Rue du Faubourg Montmartre, 75009 Paris, France.
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the Oréva website.
Article 2 – Prices
Displayed prices: Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery and shipping costs.
Additional fees: Processing fees, shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment currency: All orders must be paid in euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF), regardless of their country of origin.
Price changes: LaoGroup reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time the order is confirmed.
Important: Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer only after full payment has been received. However, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer as soon as they take physical possession of the products.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders may only be placed online through the Oréva website.
Contractual information is provided in English.
LaoGroup reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of supply issues or difficulties relating to payment.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Confirming your order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once confirmed, the order constitutes proof of the transaction and acceptance of the terms set out herein.
A summary of your order and a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by email in PDF format.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment methods: Payment is made through a secure credit or debit card payment system.
Payment processing: Your card is charged directly when the order is placed.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including their packaging, accessories, and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, LaoGroup will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.

Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
6.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Oréva offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.
Depending on the reason for the request and in order to prevent abuse, the refund amount may vary between 30% and 100% of the amount paid.
Defective or non-compliant products: Full refund (100%).
Other reasons related to customer satisfaction: Refund between 30% and 70%, depending on the condition of the product and the circumstances described.
To initiate a refund request under this guarantee, please contact our customer service team at help@orevaparis.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Article 7 – Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the buyer will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled without any charge being made.
LaoGroup reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items that may be purchased in a single order.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times are indicated during the order confirmation process. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be notified by email.
In the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier, LaoGroup cannot be held responsible for resulting delays.
Article 9 – Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects.
Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must include all accessories, packaging, and instructions.
Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documentation in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.
Article 10 – Liability
LaoGroup shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

Failure by the buyer to comply with the laws and regulations of the country of delivery.

Improper use or handling of the products.

Technical issues related to the Internet network, including service interruptions, viruses, or similar issues.
Article 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable under French or European law.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All elements available on the Oréva website, including texts, images, logos, and videos, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of LaoGroup.
Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 13 – Personal Data
Your personal data is collected for the purpose of processing your orders and may be shared with partners involved in fulfilling and delivering those orders.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data.
